How Our Process Works

Start Your Claim
If you’ve been in an accident and you’re not at fault, the first step is to complete our online application or contact the team directly. We’ll collect the essential details to begin the process.
Fast Assessment & Approval
Once your claim is received, our team will review it — usually within 24 to 48 hours. If your vehicle isn’t drivable, we can arrange delivery of a replacement car quickly, even to the accident site if required.
Replacement Vehicle Delivery
After approval, we’ll coordinate a time and place that’s convenient for you to receive your replacement vehicle. Our goal is to keep your daily routine running smoothly with minimal disruption.
Drive With Confidence
While using the replacement vehicle, you’ll simply cover everyday costs like fuel, tolls, and any fines — just like you would with your own car. The rest is taken care of.
Returning the Vehicle
When your repairs are complete or your insurance claim is finalised, we’ll organise a smooth handover and return of the replacement car at a time that suits you.
We Handle Cost Recovery
After the vehicle is returned, Paint & Panel will work directly with the at-fault driver’s insurer to recover the costs. If needed, we may request your support during this stage to help finalise the claim.
Not at Fault?
You may be eligible for a replacement car.
If the accident wasn’t your fault, you may be entitled to drive a replacement vehicle at no cost to you with the expense claimed from the at-fault driver’s insurer. This ensures you’re not left without transport while your car is being assessed or repaired.
We’ll guide you through the claim and approval process, organise the vehicle delivery, and even pick it up once your car is ready.
